基于S-A湍流模型和N-S方程,采用Fluent软件对高速等螺距诱导轮内部流场进行全三维湍流数值模拟,获得诱导轮内部的静压分布、速度分布及内部流线图。分析诱导轮压力面和吸力面存在压差的原因及进口低压区对诱导轮汽蚀性能的影响,得到高速诱导轮内部流场的主要特征,发现诱导轮中最易发生汽蚀的部位为吸力面的进口附近。模拟结果为诱导轮的改进设计提供了理论依据。
Using the k-ε turbulence model and the Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Storkes equations,the three-dimensional turbulent flow fields in equal-pitch high-speed inducer are analyzed numerically at design point by the Fluent Software.The velocity distribution,static pressure distribution and the internal flow streamline in flow field of high-speed inducer is obtained.The pressure difference between the pressure surface and suction surface,the effect of low pressure area for the cavitation performance of inducer and the site of cavitation are disclosed.With the rapidly growing of pressure,it ensures the impeller cavitation occurred after the inducer.The simulation result provides the theoretical foundation for the improved design of inducer.
