采用乙酰丙酮分光光度计法,分析了明胶、骨胶和氨基酸对甲醛的吸收情况。结果表明:明胶去除甲醛的效果最好,甲醛去除率达到了50%;骨胶和氨基酸的的去除效果较差,甲醛去除率分别为25%和17%;明胶、骨胶和氨基酸与甲醛反应很迅速,反应5min后,甲醛去除率基本趋于稳定。
