NF-κB is an important transcription factor that regulate immune reaction,inflammation,tumorigenesis,etc.In response to some cytokines,such as TNFα,IL-1β and LPS,NF-κB translocates from cytoplasm to nuclear and its transcriptional activity is activated.Using high content screening(HCS) and RNA interference(RNAi) technology build a NF-κB high-throughput screening system through quantifing nuclear translocation signals.The application of this screening system will help us to discover the new regulator of NF-κB signaling pathway and reveal the mechanism of immunity and tumorigenesis.
