英文摘要：

Since the third plenary session of the18th National Congress of the CPC held,the mixed ownership reform has become the hotspot for state-owned enterprises.For the state-owned geological exploration units,pushing ahead with the reform of mixed ownership is regarded,on the premise keeping state-owned stock as the main stock to control the enterprise,as a powerful driving force to enhance vitality and competitiveness of geological exploration units,and maintain and increase the value of assets,thus establishing new mechanism.This paper gives some specific measures required for improving the mixed ownership reform of geological enterprises.These are as follows.First,we must press ahead with the classified reform of geological exploration units,strengthen top-level design at ministerial level,and unveil the guidance on national geological exploration unit classification reform.Second,in an effort to establish the platform of state-owned capital investment operation,we need to find out a good way and operating mechanism of marketization with regard to a range of investment and financing,stock equity operations,capital integration,and value management.Third,we must deepen the reform related to the affiliated enterprises of geological exploration units.At the same time,we should selectively consult the path and model that state-owned enterprise has adopted in mixed reform in accordance with its own characteristics.
