植物光合作用对光响应模型是研究植物光合特性的重要工具。本文详细介绍光合作用对光响应的直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型、指数方程和直角双曲线修正模型的特点。阐明植物光合作用对光响应模型中容易误解的一些参数的生物学意义。指出直角双曲线、非直角双曲线和指数方程是一条没有极限的渐近线,无法用它们估算植物的饱和光强,同时也无法用它们描述植物净光合速率随光强增加而降低这一段光响应曲线。直角双曲线的修正模型是一条有极点的曲线,可以用它可以准确计算植物的最大净光合速率和饱和光强等参数,并且可以用它同时描述植物在光抑制、光适应和光强超过饱和光强时的光响应曲线。
Light-response model of photosynthesis is an important tool to study the photosynthetic properties of plant. Some properties of the rectangular hyperbola model, non-rectangular rectangular hyperbola model,exponential equation and modified rectangular hyperbola model are described in this paper. The biological meanings of some easy misunderstanding parameters in light-response model of photosynthesis are clarified in this paper. Furthermore, we make clear that the rectangular hyperbola, non-rectangular hyperbola and exponential equation are several asymptotes without extreme values, and we can't use them to estimate saturation light intensity and describe the light-response curve of photosynthesis that the net photosynthetic rate of plant is lower when irradiance is greater than the saturation light intensity. A modified rectangular hyperbola is a curve with extreme value, and we can calculate accurately main photosynthetic parameters, such as the maximum net photosynthetic rate and saturation light intensity. Furthermore, we can use it to describe the light-response curves of photosynthesis under photoinhibition, photoacclimation and above satu- rating irradiances simultaneously.
