研究MgO膨胀剂(MEA)对C70混凝土和易性、抗压强度和变形的影响,MEA活性指数为40、133s,掺量为0、4%、6%、8%、12%。结果表明:外掺MEA对C70混凝土扩展度和坍落度影响不大。掺MEA-40和MEA.133混凝土在掺量为8%时7、28d抗压强度最高。MEA掺量相同时,掺MEA-133混凝土7、28d抗压强度均高于掺MEA-40混凝土强度。掺MEA对置于室外暴露条件下C70混凝土收缩的补偿作用明显。150d内,同龄期同掺量时,MEA.40对混凝土收缩的补偿效果优于MEA-133。由150d数据看出,掺6%MEA.133和掺4%MEA-40对混凝土的补偿效果较好。
Effect of MgO-based expansive agent (MEA)on workability, compression strength and deformation of C70 concrete was in- vestigated in this paper.The activity values of MEA used were 40 s and 133 s, and the amount of MEA added in concrete were 0,4%, 6%, 8% and 12% ,respectively.Results showed that the MEA had little influence on the workability of C70 concrete.7 day and 28 day's compression strength of adding with MEA-40 and MEA-133 concrete was the maximum when the amount of MEA was 8%.Compression strength of concrete containing MEA-133 was greater than that containing MEA-40 when the content of MEA was the same.Adding MEA in C70 concrete had obvious shrinkage compensating when it was in outdoor exposure.Shrinkage compensating effect of MEA-40 concrete was better than that of MEA- 133 concrete at the same age and the same amount of MEA.The data of 150 days showed, shrinkage compensating effect was preferable when adding with 6% MEA-133 and 4% MEA-40.
