采用理论分析、显微分析、工艺实验的方法对电磁压制成形的中温无镉银基钎料Ag44Cu28Zn25Sn3进行了研究。探索了不同烧结温度和保温时间对钎料致密度、硬度及组织结构的影响。结果表明:烧结时间不变时,在一定的烧结温度范围内,温度越高烧结后试样越致密,硬度越高;而烧结温度不变时,烧结时间延长,则烧结后试样致密度越低。硬度也越低。该结果可为电磁压制成形银基钎料烧结工艺的合理设计提供一定的理论和工程实践指导。
The intermediate temperature cadmium-free silver-based filler metal Ag44Cu28Zn25Sn3 formed by electromagnetic compaction was studied by combination of theoretical analysis, microscopic analysis and experiments. The effects of different sintering temperature and holding time on the density, hardness and microstructure of the filler metal were studied. The result shows that when the sintering time is constant and the sintering temperature is within a certain range, the higher the temperature is, the bigger the density and the hardness of sintered sample are. When the sintering temperature is constant, the density and the hardness of the sintered sample decrease with the prolonging of sintering time. The research provides theoretical and practical engineering significance for the sintering process design of the filler metal formed by electromagnetic compaction.
