The spectrum reaction between pyronine G（ PG）and sodium laurye sulfouate（ SLS）was investigated by fluores-cence. On the other hand,the influence of Na2 SO4 and carbamide on the fluorescence intensity of PG-SLS system was stud-ied,and the interaction mechanism was also discussed.
