丙烯酸盐喷膜防水材料在pH值为13.5的极端强碱水环境腐蚀作用下,先出现明显膨胀继而发展成近似于黏性流体状态,丧失强度,失去防水机能.在丙烯酸盐主液中添加不同种类及含量的填料,寻找合适解决方案,并将改性防水材料做pH值为13.5的静态水环境浸泡试验,从宏观角度上进行相对质量、体积以及力学性能测试,观察喷膜防水材料腐蚀情况、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率等性能的变化;从微观角度上进行SEM-EDS测试.结果表明,硅酸钙填料对喷膜防水材料的耐碱性能改善明显,腐蚀现象大大降低,使其在极端强碱作用下仍能发挥防水作用.
Acrylate spraying waterproof material in extreme alkaline water environment corrosion when the pH=13.5 first appear obvious expansion and develop into an approximate viscous fluid state with losing strength and the waterproof function.The appropriate liquor is made by adding different types and content of the filling material on the monomer liquor.The pH=13.5 static water immersion test is done for modified waterproof material,obeerving the change of properties of acrylate spraying waterproof material like corrosion,tensile strength,tear strength,elongation at break from a macro perspective through relative mass,volume and mechanical properties tests.SEM-EDS test is done to observe the microscopic structure.The test results show that:the alkali resistance properties of calcium silicate fillers on the acrylate spraying waterproof material improved significantly,greatly reduce the corrosion phenomenon,and the waterproof effect can still work in extreme alkaline water environment.
