中药化学是一门直接指导实践工作的专业课，在培养学生理论知识指导实践工作能力的同时，对科学运用各学科知识，合理使用科学仪器和设计科研路线以及培养优秀的科学文化素质具有重要意义。文章重点讨论在中药化学精品课程建设过程中利用虚拟现实技术，在计算机三维互动仿真中药化学实验室中进行中药化学实验设计和实验模拟操作演示的必要性、可行性及具体实现方案。

Chinese Medicine Chemistry is a major course for students＇ future working. This course is important to cultivate students＇ ability of integration of theory with practice, scientific operating instrument, design scheme of scientific research, and also cultivate cultural and scientific qualities. In this paper, the necessity, feasibility and concrete resolution of Chinese Medicine Chemistry experiment by Virtual Reality in PC are introduced.
