采用共沉淀法制备了一系列Zn–Ni–Al三元类水滑石,然后焙烧制得衍生物—Zn–Ni–Al复合氧化物,并用X射线衍射、热重–差热分析、扫描电子显微镜、比表面积分析及元素分析等对样品进行了表征,考察了类水滑石Zn/Ni/Al金属原子比、焙烧温度等因素对甲基橙、亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B的光催化降解的影响。结果表明:类水滑石前驱体Zn/Ni/Al的摩尔比为1:1:1,焙烧温度为450℃时,复合氧化物的催化效果最好。此条件下制得的Zn–Ni–Al复合氧化物在300W紫外光照60min后,对甲基橙、亚甲基蓝的降解率可达到97%以上,光照100min内对罗丹明的降解率可达到91%。
Zn-Ni-Al hydrotalcite-like compounds (HTLcs) with various Zn/Ni/Al ratios were prepared by a co-precipitation method and the layered double oxides (LDOs) were prepared via high temperature calcining of HTLcs. Properties of the samples were char-acterized by X-ray diffratcion, thermogravimetric-differential analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Brunaucer-Emett-Teller spe- cific surface area measurement and elementary analysis, respectively. The effects of metal mole ratios and calcined temperatures on photocatalytic activity of LDOs were investigated. It was indicated that the LDOs catalyst calcined at 450 ℃ with Zn/Ni/A1 mole ratio of 1:1:1 showed the superior photocatalytic activity. Moreover, its degradation rate of methyl orange and methylene blue can reach 97% within 60 min and the degradation rate of rhodamine B can reach 91% within 100 min irradiated by 300 W ultraviolet light.
