采用循环水模拟装置,在超声波频率不变条件下,研究了超声波功率及流体温度、流速对超声除垢效果的影响.结果表明:超声波功率及流速越大,除垢效果越好;而流体温度对超声波除垢效果有一个最佳值,即水溶液的最佳除垢温度约为60℃.
Using the simulator of circulating water,the effect of the ultrasonic power,the flow temperature and the flow rate on ultrasonic descaling are studied when the ultrasonic frequency is fixed.The experimental results indicate that the higher the ultrasonic wave power and the flow rate are,the more descaling effect is,and when the temperature is 60℃ the flow has an optimal descaling effect.
