地下水是吐鲁番盆地的主要供水水源,近年来,随着地下水开采量的逐年增加,引发了一系列的生态环境地质问题,制约了盆地经济社会发展,甚至影响到了盆地的可持续发展。本文基于"新疆东疆煤炭基地地下水勘查吐鲁番-哈密盆地地下水勘查"项目研究资料和成果,以行政区为单元进行了盆地平原区地下水潜力评价。研究结果表明,吐鲁番盆地平原区地下水开采潜力系数为0.437 6,整体严重超采,无开采潜力。但空间分布不均,托克逊县的伊拉湖乡、博斯坦乡西部等局部地段还有一定的开采潜力。从分质供水的角度看,盆地平原区的地下淡水、微咸水已严重超采,无开发利用潜力,而咸水、盐水、卤水基本无人类开采,可适当扩大开采。该研究成果将有助于吐鲁番盆地地下水资源管理、规划和调配,为实现水资源优化配置、经济社会的可持续发展提供指导。
Groundwater is the main water supply source in Turpan Basin. In recent years,with the increase of groundwater exploitation,a series of ecological and environmental problems have been triggered,which has restricted the economic and social development of the basin and even affected the sustainable development of the basin. Based on the research data and achievements of the groundwater survey of Turpan-Hami basin in Xinjiang Dongjiang coal base,this paper evaluates the groundwater potential of the basin plain area with the administrative area as the unit. The results show that the potential coefficient of groundwater exploitation in the plain area of Turpan Basin is 0. 4376,the overall serious over-exploitation and no exploitation potential. But the spatial distribution of uneven,Toksun County,Lake Township,Bostan Township and other local areas there are some mining potential. From the perspective of quality water supply,the basin of plain water,brackish water has been seriously over-exploitation,no development and utilization potential,and salt water,salt water,brine is basically no human exploitation,may be appropriate to expand mining. The research results will contribute to the management,planning and deployment of groundwater resources in the Turpan Basin,and provide guidance for the sustainable development of water resources and the sustainable development of economy and society.
