针对松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔难、孔壁易坍塌,致使瓦斯有效抽采时间短、浓度低、流量小的现状,提出了松软煤层筛管护孔抽采瓦斯技术,阐述了该技术的基本原理、相关设备及施工工艺。在马堡煤矿15203工作面运输顺槽进行了工业性试验。该技术的应用有效地防止了钻孔塌孔,改善了瓦斯抽采效果,缩短了预抽时间,应用前景良好。
According to the status of the short effective drainage time, a low gas drainage concentration, small drainage flow rate in soft seam caused by the difficLLlt drilling of the gas drainage borehole and borehole easy-collapsed, a gas drainage technology with hole-protected in soft seam was provided and the basic theory ,related equipment and construction technology was introduced. The industrial test was carried out in haulage gate in the 15203 working face in Mabu mine. The application of the technology effectively prevents drilling hole collapse,improves the effect of gas drainage and shortens the pre- drainage time, which has a very good application prospect.
