在含有苯胺、草酸和钨酸钠的溶液中,应用电化学循环伏安法在不锈钢表面合成聚苯胺/钨酸钠复合膜.通过开路电位(OCP)、动电位极化扫描(Tafel曲线)、交流阻抗(EIS)等电化学测试技术研究了掺杂不同浓度钨酸钠复合膜试样在相同腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性.结果显示,在氯离子存在下,复合膜能使不锈钢的腐蚀电位升高约200mV,并显著降低腐蚀电流密度.该膜具有极好的稳定性和阻隔作用,能对不锈钢提供长时间有效的保护.
Hybrid material polyaniline is electrosynthesized on stainless steel (SS) in oxalic acid media containing aniline and tungstate. Electrochemical corrosion behaviors of the composite films are measured by open circuit potential (OCP), Tafel polarization and the AC impedance (EIS) in the same corrosive media. The results show that the composite films make the corrosion potential of SS add to 200 mV and the corrosion density obviously decrease in chloride-containing media. The films possess favorable stability and obstruct ability so as to provide an effective protection against corrosion.
