针对投资政策和采购-补贴政策尚未定量研究的现状,构建了具有参数和结构双自适应能力的无模型控制,推导出的多输入-多输出系统无模型控制律具有变差最小的性质,将无模型控制律引入投资-回报模型中.仿真结果表明无模型控制在装备制造业振兴机制动态调控方面具有很强的可行性,为国家把握政策的实施力度提供了理论参考.
In view of the fact that investment policy and purchasing-subsidy policy is not trol without mode/was constructed which has the advantages of parameter and structure quantitative research, con- adaptability. The derived control without model for the multi-input multi-output system has the property of the control increment's minimum. The control law without model was introduced into the return-investment model. The simulation results show that control without model has strong feasibility in the dynamic regulation of equipment manufacturing industry revitaliza- tion, providing the theoretical reference for countries to decide on implementation of the policy.
