为了满足对支架结构健康监测的需求,提出一种以ZigBee技术和GPRS技术为核心的支架结构安全无线监测系统。将安装在支架结构上的应变片和倾角传感器采集的应变和倾角数据通过GPRS技术传输至上位机,可实现对支架结构安全的监测。由于系统比较复杂、辅助设备较多,工程应用周期较长,因此,在实际的工程应用过程中需要考虑众多因素。分析了工程应用要点与施工流程,并将该系统成功地应用于施工现场。对各类安全监测系统的成功应用有着良好的指导意义。
In order to meet the requirements of the supporting structural health monitoring,a wireless safety monitoring system is proposed based on ZigBee and GPRS technologies.The safety monitoring system of support structure is a wireless communication system based on GPRS and ZigBee.The strain and angle data collected from the strain gauge and the angle sensor installed on the supporting structure are transmitted to the host computer through GPRS technology.Many factors need to be considered in the practical engineering application of the complex system due to multiple auxiliary equipments and the long application cycle.In this paper,the key points of engineering application and construction procedures are analyzed.The system has been successfully applied to some construction sites.It has a good guiding significance for the successful application of all kinds of safety monitoring system.
