针对风力发电机在运行过程中存在的诸多不确定因素对风机系统进行分析,建立了基于PC—Based平台的风机硬件在回路仿真平台,并进行了控制系统仿真试验。试验结果表明,仿真平台能够实时模拟风机正常运行的状态:在低风速时它能够根据风速变化,保持最佳叶尖速比以获得最大风能;高风速时通过改变桨距角以限制风机获取能量,使机组保持在额定值下发电。该平台能够省去高昂的设备费用,具有工程设计指导意义和应用价值。
Variable-pitch wind power generation system (blower) is a resource system wiht high application value. To deal with the uncertain factors in the operational process of wind driven generator, the fan system is analyzed. A fan hardware-in-loop simulation platform is established based on the PC- Based platform, and the simulation tests of control system are implemented. The experimental results show that, the simulation platform can realize the real-time simulation of normal operating of blowers--when the wind speed is low, it keeps the optimal tip speed ratio by adjusting to the changes of wind speed so as to gain the maximum wind power;while the wind speed is high, it changes the pitch angle so as to limit the blower to gain energy and make the blower set generate power at rated value. In this way, the equipment cost is greatly reduced. Thus, it is instructive and applicable from the perspective of engineering design.
