Based on the framework of value chain proposed by Porter,this paper constructs a multi-dimensional strategic flexibility system from the perspectives of the uncertainty of external environment and the adaptability of internal resources. Based on this system, it considers the strategic leadership as the first determinant factor,and puts forward a model and some ways of improving the strategic flexibility based on the suitability and compatibility of resource.
