针对LDPC/Tarbo编码系统，定义了“M值”，并基于这一概念提出了一种全新的适合突发传输模式的载波相差估计算法，算法结构上采用反馈结构，通过双路夹逼来逼近所估计参数。仿真结果表明，只要在迭代估计器估计范围内，提出的算法估计性能逼近MCRB，其所带来的误码性能接近理想同步条件下的译码性能。
英文摘要：
Firstly, this article defines a new concept ＂M value＂ in the LDPC/Turbo coded systems. Based on the new concept, a new iterative carrier phase estimation algorithm is proposed. Simulation results show that the method performs very close to the Cramer-Rao bound, and little performance degradation has been observed than the ideal synchronization system.
