The paper collected short timescale variability of 47 Blazars from the available literature, and calculated the mass of the central black hole and the sizes of different band emission region of Blazars. Based on our results of statistical analysis, we conclude that the mass of the flat spectral radio quasi-stellar object is larger than the mass of the BL Lac object, the v-ray and infrared emission regions are co-spatial. Furthermore, the paper also analyzes the relation between minimum timescale of variability and the bolometric luminosity of Blazar's, it is concluded that the emission from the radio selected BL Lac object(RBL) and the flat spectral radio quasi-stellar object(FSRQs) are strongly beamed, but the relativistic beaming effect does not significantly affect the emission from the X-ray selected BL Lac object(XBL).
