为探究外来入侵种水花生对草坪草马尼拉生长的影响及化感作用,采用水培法,利用不同质量浓度(5,10,20,40,80g/L)水花生及其根际土浸提液处理马尼拉草幼苗,检测其生理生态指标的动态变化。结果表明,随浸提液浓度的增大及处理时间的延长,马尼拉草幼苗根长、苗高、鲜重、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶(CAT、POD、SOD)活性总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,而MDA含量稳定增长,各指标出现峰值的时间有所差异。在处理第21-28d,浸提液浓度≥40g/L时,各处理组马尼拉草幼苗生理生态指标与对照组均存在显著性差异(P〈0.05),马尼拉草幼苗生长受到明显抑制,水花生及其根际土浸提液对马尼拉草化感作用的强弱顺序依次为根〉叶〉根际土〉茎。
The allelopathic effects of the extracts of Alternantheraphiloxeroides,an invasive plant species,and rhizospheric soil on the growth,and the physiological and ecological index of Zoysiamatrellaseedlings were studied hydroponically.Z.matrellaseedlings were treated by different concentrations(5,10,20,40,80g/L)of the water extracts of A.philoxeroides.The results showed that root length,seedling height,fresh weight,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme(CAT,POD,SOD)activities of Z.matrellaseedlings were increased firstly and decreased later on with increasing concentration of extracts and exposure time,while MDA content was steadily increased.The maximal value of each index appeared at different time.During the 21-28dof treatment by the extracts(≥40g/L),all of the physiological and ecological index of all treatment groups were significantly different from the control group(P〈0.05),and Z.matrellaseedling growth was inhibited significantly.In comparison,root extract of A.philoxeroides had the strongest allelophic effect on Z.matrella,followed by the extract A.philoxeroides leaf,rhizospheric soil and the extract of A.philoxeroides stem.
