目的研究肺损伤前后大鼠前爪特定区域内血液中伊文思蓝(Evans blue,EB)含量的变化数据,通过数据的变化,研究肺与前爪特定区域的对应关系,为通过手部可以诊断西医疾病的手诊提供动物模拟实验依据。方法 20只雄性SD大白鼠按随机数字表法分为模型组(10只)、对照组(10只),模型组大鼠腹腔注射内毒素复制急性肺损伤模型,6 h后两组均从尾静脉注射2.5%EB生理盐水溶液,然后测量手掌各个特定不同区域内EB的吸光度(A)值大小,根据A值大小的变化,间接地了解各区域内前爪特定部位左右两侧血液中EB含量的变化情况。结果对照组大鼠左右同一部位A值比较无明显差异,内毒素型肺损伤大鼠3区的A值左右之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。结论在急性肺损伤的状态下,前爪与内脏之间应该存在着特定的相关性联系。
Objective To study Evans blue(EB) content change in the blood of specific front paw part of rat with lung injury to further verify the correspondence theory of viscera with body surface.Methods 20 male SD rats were divided into model group(10 cases) and control group(10 cases) by random number table;model group was given intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin for rats to duplicate the model of acute lung injury,2.5% EB normal saline was injected from the caudal veins of rats in the two groups 6 hours later,and indirectly got to know the change of EB content in the blood of left and right front paw parts by measured the absorbance(A) value of different palm areas.Results For rats in the control group,there was no significant difference in the A value of the same part of the left and right palms,and for rats with endotoxin-induced lung injury,there was significant difference in the A value of the same part of the left and right palms(P = 0.018).Conclusion In case of acute lung injury,there shall be specific relevance between front paw and viscera.
