响应时间是衡量磁流变阻尼器性能的重要指标,为了缩短磁流变阻尼的响应时间,首先通过分析不考虑涡流影响的磁流变阻尼器线圈的简化模型,建立了电流响应的传递函数。然后通过阶跃信号下电流和磁场的响应实验,建立了实际情况下磁场的传递函数,并根据超前校正传递函数,设计了超前校正电路。最后在MATLAB和PROTEUS软件中对设计的传递函数和校正电路进行了仿真实验,结果证明,所设计的校正电路能有效地缩短磁流变阻尼器磁场的响应时间。
Response time is an important factor which measures the whole performance of the magneto-rheological damper. In or- der to reduce the response time of the damper, the transfer function of the current response was established by firstly analyzing the magneto-rheological damper simplified coil model, which not considering the eddy current affect. Then the transfer function of the magnetic field under actual condition was established by doing the current and magnetic field response experiments under step signal. Based on the advance correction transfer function, the advance correction circuit was designed. Finally in the software of PROTEUS and MATLAB, the correction circuit and transfer function of design were simulated experimentally. The results prove that correction circuit can effectively reduce the response time of the magnetic field of magneto-rheological damper.
