纳米TiO2作为光催化剂在废水处理领域有广泛的应用前景。介绍了纳米TiO2光催化技术存在的问题及改进措施,并分析了该技术在印染、农药等难降解有机废水处理中的应用现状与前景。特别是针对纳米TiO2暴露在环境中可能存在的生物安全性问题,阐述了纳米TiO2在生物体内的迁移转化,分析其在生物体个体/器官水平、细胞水平、分子水平上可能产生的生物毒性效应,并提出今后纳米TiO2生物安全性的研究方向。
Nanometer TiO2 has been used as an efficient photocatalyst in wastewater treatment, having wide application foreground. The shortcomings and some improvement measures of nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis are introduced. The present state and foreground of its application to the treatment of refractory organic wastewater from industries such as print and dyeing, perticide, etc. are analyzed. Aiming at the biological security problem of nanometer TiO2, which possibly existed due to its exposure to the environment, the transfer and transform inside the organisms of nanometer TiO2 is expounded. The biological toxicitity effect possibly produced on the organism indi- vidual/organ level, cell level, and molecule level is also analyzed. The future research direction of the biological security of nanometer TiO2 is proposed.
