单纯性超重和肥胖人群血清betatrophin水平的变化

目的 探讨单纯性超重和肥胖人群血清betatrophin水平的变化及其与各代谢参数的关系。方法 随机选取内分泌科及体检中心就诊的超重或肥胖者43例,正常体重者42例,收集相关临床资料,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清betatrophin及脂联素(APN)水平。结果 超重/肥胖者血清betatrophin水平显著低于正常体重者(P〈0.01)。血清betatrophin水平与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、APN水平呈正相关,与空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸呈负相关(P〈0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示空腹胰岛素、APN是血浆betatrophin水平的影响因素(P〈0.01)。结论 超重/肥胖患者血清betatrophin水平显著降低,与胰岛素水平、脂代谢、APN有关,血清betatrophin或许可为治疗肥胖及代谢综合征提供线索。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum betatrophin concentration and metabolic parameters in overweight and obesity patients. Methods Forty - three patients with overweight or obesity and 42 normal weight control subjects were included. Their clinical data were collected. Serum betatrophin and adiponection (APN) concentrations were measured by ELISA. Results The serum betatrophin concentration of overweight or obese subjects was significantly lower than that of control (P 〈 0. 01 ). Serum betatrophin concentration was significantly positively correlated with high - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C ) and APN, and negatively correlated with fasting plasma insulin ( FINS), HOMA - IR, triglycetides ( TG), low - density lipoprotein ( LDL - C) and uric acid (UA) ( all P 〈 0. 05 ). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that FINS and APN were independent con'elated factors that influenced the level of serum betatrophin (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Serum betatrophin concentration is significantly reduced in overweight or obese patients, and associated with FINS, lipid metabolism and adiponection, suggesting that it may provide as reference for the treatment of obesity and metabolism syndrome.
