为了能够掌握微电网整体运行状态,可靠切除微电网内各种类型故障,监测微电网的运行模式,实现微电网孤岛检测、孤岛运行和并网控制,提出并开发了利用微电网全域信息的保护与控制系统.该系统利用通信网络将工业控制计算机和微电网内的保护装置与并网控制装置相连,实现了微电网内保护的合理配置、保护装置与并网控制装置动作状态的实时监测、保护装置与并网控制装置的统一对时及远跳/远投控制、孤岛检测、并网控制及人机信息交互等基本功能.仿真测试结果表明,该系统总体结构简单,功能实用,能够保证微电网的安全稳定运行.
The protection and control system of microgrid based on global information was presented and developed in this paper, which can monitor the operating status and operation mode of microgrid and clear different types of faults reliably. By connecting an industrial control computer with the protection units and grid-connection control unit in microgrid through communication network, the system realizes several fundamental functions, such as proper protection configuration, real-time monitoring of the operating status of the protection and grid-connection control units, simultaneous time setting, remote close/trip control, islanding detection, grid-connection control, manmachine information interaction and so on. The simulation results show that with a simple structure and practical functions, the protection and control system ensures safe and stable operation of microgrid.
