介绍了汽车发动机内罩板成形工艺,在零件毛坯上加开工艺孔,分析了工艺孔处的应力应变状态.得出了工艺孔开设的位置与大小对零件成形的影响,总结出了开设工艺孔的方法和需要注意的问题。并利用数值模拟优化工艺孔的开设,验证了分析的有效性。
The forming process of the inner plate of automobile engine hood was introduced. Technological holes were placed in the workblank of the component. Then the state of stress strain around the technological holes was analyzed, and the influence of the location and dimension of holes on the formation was derived. The establishing way of technological holes and the matter that needs attention were summed up. Numerical simulation was used to optimize the establishment and verify the effectiveness of the analysis.
