长链非编码RNA（long non—coding RNA，lncRNA）是一类转录本长度大于200nt，缺乏蛋白质编码功能的RNA分子。LncRNA在多种生物学进程中发挥重要的调节功能，广泛参与细胞增殖、分化、代谢、凋亡等重要的生理活动。LncRNA在寄生虫发育、代谢、生理和致病机制中也发挥重要作用。本文就lncRNA在寄生虫学研究中的进展作一综述。

Long non-noncoding RNAs （lncRNAs） are defined as non-protein coding transcripts longer than 200 nueleotides. LneRNAs play important regulatory roles in multiple biological processes, and participate in cell proliferation, differentiation, metabolism, apoptosis, etc. LneRNAs play also important for the development, metabolism, physiology, and pathology of parasites. This review summarizes the research progress of lncRNAs in parasitology.
