用不同氯化铝(AlCl3)浓度(0、2、4、6mmol/L)的培养液处理豌豆幼苗,研究在Al处理条件下豌豆幼苗的生长和热值变化.结果表明,当Al浓度高于2mmol/L时,豌豆幼苗的根长、茎长、叶片数及各器官含水量等均下降,生物量、叶绿素含量和热值也随Al浓度的增加而下降,豌豆的光合生长受到显著影响.射浓度为6mmol/L时,豌豆根、茎、叶的生物量分别下降22.92%、22.18%和56.89%,以叶片降幅最大;热值分别下降21.87%、6.58%和3.49%,根对Al处理最为敏感.
The growth and caloric value of Pisum sativum seedlings were studied under different aluminum treatments by applying different concentration of AlCl3 cuture solutions (0, 2, 4, 6 mmol/L). When the concentration of Al^3+ was more than 2 mmol/L, not only the root length, stem height,leaf number of P. sativum individuals, but also water contents of different plant organs were decreased. With the increasing concentration of Al^3+, the biomass, caloric values of different plant organs and leaf chlorophyll content were decreased, reflecting the photosynthetic inhibition of plant growth. When the concentration of Al^3+ was 6 mmol/L, the biomass of root, stem and leaf were decreased by 22.92 % ,22.18 % and 56.89 % , respectively, in which leaf had the largest decrease; The caloric values of root, stem and leaf were decreased by 21.87% , 6.58% and 3.49% , respectively,which showing plant root system was most sensitive to Al treatment within different plant organs.
