Li-Min Zhou was born in Jiangxi Province, China, in 1969. He received the B.S. and M.S degrees in 1991 and 2003, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the State Key Laboratory of Thin Solid Film and Integrated Devices, School of Optoelectronic Information, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). His research interests include embrace photoelectron technology and laser distance measuring instrument.E-mail: liminzhou2008@163.com Ya-Dong Jiang received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from UESTC in 1986, 1989 and 2001, respectively. Currently he is a professor and the Dean of School of Optoelectronic Information, UESTC. He received the National Government Allowance and the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 1998 and 2004, respectively. In 2005, he was appointed Cheung Kong Distinguished Professor by the Education Ministry of China. In 2007, he was appointed National Distinguished Teacher.
