本文对IPO募集资金使用情况及其影响因素进行了研究。使用股东价值模型,并引入大股东的代理问题,对募集资金使用的影响因素进行了理论分析,并据此提出研究假说。使用上海股票市场A股公司的数据对假说进行实证检验,发现实证检验结果并没有很好地支持研究假说。
