目前,高校实验室存在重复建设、仪器设备利用率低、管理及技术人员少、实验技术人员工作积极性不高等问题。为此,应调整实验室管理机构、加强实验队伍建设、加大对实验队伍的激励力度、充分调动学生实验积极性、提高管理效率。
Currently, there are a series of problems in college and university laboratory management, such as repeated con- struction, low instrument utilization rate, insufficient management staffs, weak working passions, etc. Therefore, reforms should be adopted in the following aspects: adjusting lab management structure, increasing lab staffs numbers, enhancing incentives, arousing students' interests of lab operating, improving management efficiency.
