Exploring governance models of community health services in the context of governance has important theoretical and practical significance.For the problems and difficulties of government-led community medical,the paper questioned on government-led community medical service,and proposed to replace the government-led to governance may be a new idea to the problem through literature and practice research.Attempts to introduce multiple governance and meta-governance philosophy for community medical service,the option governance model of community health services were raised.Take advantage of Friedman＇s school voucher mode to design community health care services options with residents as owners and community health agencies as sellers to realize the common objectives of multiple governance body to achieve protection of residents＇ basic medical services through meta-governance.Take advantage of the option pricing model to measure community medical service option fee,to provide a theoretical reference and decision support for covering the urban and rural residents of basic health services system construction.
