The discrete approximation scheme of the lumped mass nonconforming finite element method is discussed for the non-stationary Stokes problem(Crank-Nicolson full-discrete scheme).Without using Stokes projection,the optimal error estimations of the velocity and pressure are derived based on interpolation technique.
