According to the homogenization problem of investment behavior of South Korean enterprise in China, the investment governance and investment behavior of enterprise are analyzed combined with South Korean statistics data, and the industrial, scale and regional tendencies of homogenization of investment of South Korean enterprise in China are explored. The homogenization of investment behavior increase the cost, enhance the internal competition, and decrease the external advantage of South Korean enterprise, according to which win-win suggestions are proposed of investment of South Korean enterprise in China from perspective of improving investment homogenization.
