以栗子壳为碳源,先在800℃炭化制备具有多级结构的新型生物质炭材料(CAC8),然后与苯胺单体通过原位聚合得到生物质炭/聚苯胺(CAC8/PANI)复合材料.用XRD,BET,TG和SEM等对样品进行了表征.结果表明,CAC8具有大的比表面积(1 568.0 m2·g-1)和孔体积(0.94cm3·g-1).在1 mol·L-1 H2SO4电解质溶液中,CAC8比电容为207F·g-1,而CAC8/PANI复合材料比电容高达597F·g-1,并且经过1000次充放电循环后,比电容保留率为80%.
A novel activated carbon material with multi-level structure is prepared at graphitization temperature of 800℃(CAC8)using chestnut shell as raw materials.After in situ polymerization of aniline monomer in the presence of the CAC8,the CAC8/PANI composite material is obtained.The samples are characterized by XRD,BET,TG and SEM.The specific surface area and pore volume of the CAC8 are as high as 1 568.0m2·g-1 and 0.94cm3·g-1,respectively.The specific capacitance of CAC8 is 207F·g-1,and the CAC8/PANI composite material presents good electrochemical performance,including an excellent specific capacitance of 597F·g-1 and 80%retention of capacitance after 1000 cycles in 1mol·L-1H2SO4 electrolyte.
