基于有限元映射算法和三角形面积坐标法提出了一种新的试验网格分析算法,该算法可以按试验网格模式显示板料成形数值模拟结果,而且具有原理简单、易实现、执行速度快等优点.基于本算法,提出了塑性成形物理模拟中的网格分析法,真实地模拟板料在冲压变形过程中各试验网格的变形情况.与变形云图只能显示一维方向上的物理量相比,网格分析法能够直观模拟板料在二维平面上的应变变化情况,方便用户直观了解板料的变形,改进了工艺设计.
On the basis of finite element method and area coordinate of triangle, a new algorithm with simple, easily programmed and rapid characteristics for experimental grids analysis is presented, by which the numerical result of the sheet forming in the experimental grids mode is displayed. Grid analysis method in physics simulation was programmed by this algorithm to use to simulating the deformation of experimental grids in different phases of the sheet forming. Compared with the deformation nephogram in which physical fields are only displayed in one dimension, the strain and stress of the sheet forming in two dimensions can be simulated using the grids method, being convenient for users to follow the deformation and improve process parameters.
