目的了解及分析本科护生参加高仿真情境模拟教学后的课程体会。方法 2014年5-6月,目的抽样法抽取某护理学院24名参加高仿真情境模拟教学的护生为研究对象,在诠释现象学法指导下,采用Colaizzi现象学6步分析法对其课程体会进行分析。结果护生的课程体会主要包括4个主题,即:理论知识与实践技能结合的重要性,护生应具备的职业态度,团队合作的重要性,护生应具备"以病人为中心"的护理理念。结论高仿真情境模拟教学能够提高护生的临床实践能力,具有较高的教学价值。
Objective To understand and analyze the learning experience of nursing undergraduates in high fidelity patient simulation class.Methods Totally 24 undergraduate nursing students were selected and analyzed by Colaizzi 6steps phenomenological analysis method.Results Four themes were extracted:importance of integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical skills;the professional attitude a nurse needs to possess;the importance of team collaboration;patient-centered nursing care.Conclusions High fidelity patient simulation can improve students' clinical abilities and it has a high teaching value.
