基于扩展的Romer内生经济增长模型,从理论上阐述了产业集聚对技术创新的作用机理及影响效果,得出产业集聚促进了技术创新的结论。文章还选用我国1997-2013年31个省市的相关数据,构建空间面板Durbin模型,实证检验了产业集聚对我国技术创新的影响,结果发现:技术创新存在显著的空间集聚性;在控制了其他影响因素后,产业集聚对技术创新的直接效应为正,间接效应不显著,即产业集聚虽然提高了本省市的技术创新水平,但并没有对临近省市的技术创新产生显著的促进作用。
On the basis of the endogenous economic growth model put forward by Romer, we have explored the role mechanism and effects of industrial agglomeration on technological innovation by using theoretical analysis. This paper concludes that industrial agglomeration has promoted technological innovation, and we tests the influ- ence of industrial agglomeration on China's technological innovation by using of spatial panel Durbin model based on Chinese provincial panel data set of yearly observations during the period of 1997-2013.The results show that our country's technological innovation has significant spatial clustering; when we control of the other influen- tial factors, the direct effect of industrial agglomeration on technological innovation is positive, but the indirect ef- fect is not significant. This implies that while the industrial agglomeration has improved the level of province's own technological innovation, but it does not has a significant role in promoting the neighboring province's tech- nological innovation.
