目的研究金匮肾气丸治疗微波辐射性雄小鼠生殖功能障碍的疗效。方法将BALB/C小鼠随机分成7组并施加处理因素。平行对照组:不做辐射处理;基准辐射对照组、基准金匮肾气丸组:2450MHz连续微波,功率密度为10mW/cm2,辐射18d,每天辐射1h;加时辐射对照组、加时金匮肾气丸组:每天辐射时间增至4h;加功辐射对照组、加功金匮肾气丸组:功率密度增至40mW/cm2。对照组用生理盐水、金匮肾气丸组用金匮肾气丸分别灌胃。观察各组小鼠精子总活力(PR+NP)、精子前向运动率(PR)、精子畸形率及睾体比和睾丸组织形态学改变。结果微波辐射可使小鼠精子PR+NP及PR显著降低,畸形率显著增加;增加辐射时间及强度可以使小鼠精子PR更加降低,而精子PR+NP、畸形率未见显著改变。在基准微波辐射及加时微波辐射时睾体比没有显著改变,但增加微波辐射强度时,睾体比显著变小。金匮肾气丸能提高小鼠精子PR+NP及PR,对微波辐射致小鼠精子PR+NP及PR降低有明显的治疗作用,并且使之恢复了正常。金匮肾气丸降低精子畸形率,对微波辐射致小鼠精子畸形有明显的治疗效果,但没有恢复正常。基准微波辐射、加时微波辐射对小鼠睾丸重量没有显著影响,用药后仍然无显著差别;而加功微波辐射使小鼠睾体比显著降低,金匮肾气丸提高了微波辐射小鼠的睾体比,并且治疗后使之恢复正常。结论金匮肾气丸治疗微波辐射性雄小鼠生殖功能障碍疗效吊著。
Objective To study therapeutic effect of Jingui Shenqi pill on reproductive dysfunction in male mice exposed to microwave radiation. Methods Overall 70 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 7 groups,parallel group and three pairs of radiation groups. Parallel control group was treated without radiation nor treatment. Standard radiation groups consisted of control group and TCM group, both exposed to microwave of 2 450 MHz frequency, power density of 10 mW/cm2 for 1 h each day for 18 consecutive days. Prolonged rediation groups consisted of control group and TCM group, both exposed to radiation 4 hours each day. Power-increasing groups consisted of control group and TCM group, in which power density increased to 40 mW/cm2. All the control groups were intragastrically administrated saline water, and all the TCM groups were administrated Jingui Shenqi pill. Percentage of sperm motility ( PR + NP) and progressively motile sperm (PR), sperm deformity rate and ratio of testis weight and body weight were calculated, while morphological changes of testicular tissue were observed. Results Microwave radiation decreased significantly sperm PR + NP and PR in mice, while increased significantly sperm deformity rate. Although time prolonged and power increased further reduced sperm PR, PR + NP and sperm deformity rate showed no significant changes. Ratio of testis weight and body weight showed no differences in both standard microwave radiation group and prolonged radiation group, while significant reduction in power-increasing group. Jingui Shenqi pill increased sperm PR + NP and PR dramatically to normal level, and decreased sperm deformity rate. On the other hand, Jingui Shenqi pill increased ratio of testis weight and body weight to normal level. Conclusion Jingui Shenqi pill had obvious and remarkable therapeutic effects on reproductive dysfunction in male mice exposed to microwave radiation.
