利用水相法合成了L-半胱氨酸包覆的ZnS(L—Cys—ZnS)量子点,并通过原子力显微镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱、荧光光谱对其进行了表征.实验表明,牛血清白蛋白(BsA)的加入可以使L—Cys—ZnS量子点体系的荧光强度增强,且荧光强度变化和BSA的浓度呈现良好线性关系,基于此建立了一种荧光探针测定BSA的新方法,其线性范围是1.0×10^-8-1.0×10^10-7~mol/L,检出限为2.0×10^-10mol/L.该方法操作简便快速、灵敏度高、检出限低,有望用于实际分析.
L- cysteine capped ZnS ( L- Cys-ZnS) quantum dots (QDs) were successfully prepared by wet chemical route, which were characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), infrared radiation (IR) and fluorescent spectrometry. Then these QDs were used as fluorescent probes to detect bovine serum albumin (BSA) based on its enhancement effect on fluorescence of L- Cys-ZnS. Under the optimal conditions, fluorescene enhancement intensity increased linearly with BSA concentration at the range of 1.0 ×10^-8 - 1.0×10^-7 mol/L with detection limit of 2.0×10^-10 mol/L. This method to detect BSA is simple and with high sensitivity and low limit detection, which is expected to be used for practical samples.
