科学评价当前中国农业低碳区域竞争力现状是合理制定碳减排政策的重要前提。鉴于此,文中首先基于10方面指标,运用主成分分析法对中国31个省(市、区)的农业低碳竞争力展开分析。研究表明:西藏、青海、贵州综合竞争力居于全国前三位;福建、上海、湖南则位于后三位。进一步,构建农业低碳综合竞争力评价矩阵,对31个省区进行聚类,结果显示,黑龙江、内蒙古等6地属于"低排放-高效益"地区;西藏、青海、贵州等9地属于"低排放-低效益"地区;浙江、河北、北京等9地属于"高排放-高效益"地区;四川、广西等7地属于"高排放-低效益"地区。
To understand of competitiveness on agricultural low-carbon in China scientifically is the important premise to set carbon-reduction reasonably.In view of this,firstly based on ten indices we analyzed competitiveness of agricultural low-carbon of 31 provinces in China.Research shows that the comprehensive competitiveness of Tibet,Qinghai as well as Guizhou is the national top three,while Fujian,Shanghai and Hunan are located in national final three.Further more,we clustered 31 regions by constructing evaluation matrix on comprehensive competitiveness of agricultural low-carbon.The result show that six areas including Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia belong to "low emission,high efficiency" area,nine areas including Tibet,Qinghai and Guizhou belong to "low emission,low efficiency" area,nine areas including Zhejiang,Hebei and Beijing belong to "high emission,high efficiency" area,seven areas including Sichuan and Guangxi belong to "low emission,low efficiency" area.
