对4种金属材料14个试件受力变形直至断裂过程产生的红外辐射信息进行了实验研究。结果表明:金属试件在加载过程中所产生的红外热效应总体上比煤(岩)所产生的红外热效应明显,金属试件断裂前,在其未来断裂面形成的位置会出现高温前兆。这一现象将为红外遥感技术在大型复杂金属结构应力分析及无损检测方面的工程应用提供了实验基础。
The infrared radiation information from 14 specimens in four kinds of metal materials on load which are processed from deformation to rupture, is researched by tests. The result shows that the infrared thermal effect from metal specimens on load is totally more obvious than that from coal or rock. Before rupture of metal specimens, in the future rupture position emerges an omen of high temperature. The phenomenon will provide an experimental foundation for the structural stress analysis of large and complex metal components and for the engineering application of damageless inspection by the infrared remote sensing technique.
