通过纸片琼脂扩散法分别测定了42种中草药提取液pH值调节至中性前后对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌圈直径大小,用t检验对药液pH值调节至中性前后的抑菌效果进行分析比较,结果表明差异极显著(P=0.002〈0.01)。采用试管二倍稀释法测定了6种中草药在调节pH值至中性后对嗜水气单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC),结果表明:在药液pH值调节至中性后,五倍子(Rhus chinensis)、诃子(Terminalia chebu-la)和黄连(Coptis chinensis)三种中草药能有效抑杀嗜水气单胞菌,五倍子的MIC和MBC都为7.813 mg/mL,诃子的MIC和MBC均为15.625 mg/mL,黄连的MIC和MBC均为62.5 mg/mL;石榴皮和艾叶的MIC和MBC均为250 mg/mL;乌梅的MIC和MBC均为1000 mg/mL。
Forty-two Chinese herbal medicine extract solutions were studied to test the sizes of inhibition circle against Aeromonas hydrophila before and after regulating pH near neutrality by agar plate diffusion method.A t-test indicated that the antibacterial effect before and after regulating pH near neutrality among water boiling extract solutions was significantly different(P=0.0020.01).Tube dilution method was used to measure the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) of six Chinese herbal medicines.The results showed that Rhus chinensis,Terminalia chebula and Coptis chinensis had inhibitory and bactericidal actions against A.hydrophila after regulating pH near neutrality,and MIC and MBC of R.chinensis were both 7.813 mg/mL,of T.chebula were 15.625 mg/mL,of C.chinensis were 62.5 mg/mL,of Punica granatum and Artemisia argyi were 250 mg/mL,and of Prunus mume were 1000 mg/mL.
