研究生创新素质教育机制一直是高等教育界关注的热点,但应该明确的是,机制的研究与系统理论是密不可分的。在分析研究生创新素质教育系统基础上,结合系统维度视角,对研究生创新素质教育机制的内涵、分类及特点做出合理界定,对运行机理及功能进行定向分析和研究,并提出依托组织领导机制,包括观念机制、教学机制、校园文化机制和实习实训机制的运行模式,并通过反馈分析机制构建研究生创新素质教育机制模型,在模型基础上初步提出深化构建机制的思路,以期为进一步探索构建研究生创新素质教育长效机制合理方法奠定理论基础。
The mechanism of postgraduate creativity education system is always the focus of higher education.But what should be determined is that the research on mechanism is closely related with the theory of system.Based on the analysis of postgraduate creativity education system,the mechanism of postgraduate creativity education system is reasonably defined in the perspective of system in the aspects of connotation,classification and characteristic and a directional analysis of the working mechanism and function of postgraduate creativity education system is made.It is put forward that the model of the postgraduate creativity education mechanism should be made up of three submechanisms: organization and leadership,work and operation(including conception,teaching,campus culture and practice and training),and feedback,and the construction of the mechanism be deepened on the basis of this model,in the hope of laying a theoretical foundation for further exploring reasonable methods to construct a long-term mechanism of postgraduate creativity education.
