为准确分析与评估连续型企业的用能状况,研究了不确定性因素作用下连续型企业能源消耗过程的建模方法。在分析各种不确定因素影响特性的基础上,将三角模糊数引入混杂Petri网,并通过三角模糊数互补判断矩阵描述各不确定性因素之间的关系,进而提出不确定因素作用下用能设备瞬时激发速率的计算方法,分析了模型的演变规则和动态特性,并在片状离子膜固体烧碱生产过程中进行了实例应用。该方法不但解决了不确定因素对设备自身性能影响难以描述的问题,而且为更加真实地描述连续型企业能源消耗过程提供了新方法。
To analyze and evaluate the energy consumption of continuous enterprise more accurately, the new model- ing method for continuous enterprise energy consumption process with uncertain factors was proposed. Based on the analysis for influence characteristics of the various uncertain factors, the triangular fuzzy number was combined with hybrid Petri nets effectively, and the relationship between uncertain factors was described by the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix. Furthermore, the calculation method for the instantaneous firing speed of energy consuming device was put forward, and the evolution rules and dynamic properties were also analyzed. The production process of the flake solid ionic membrane caustic soda was used as a case study to verify the feasibility and practicality of the proposed modeling method, which could not only reflect the influences of uncertain factors on the equipment performance, but also actually describe the energy consumption process of continuous enterprise.
