结合某抽水蓄能电站的设计,对该侧式进出水口在不同工况下的流速分布、水头损失等水流特性进行了水力模型试验与三维数值模拟,并对原设计体型成功地进行了优化.数值计算采用RNG κ-ε模型,应用多子区域组合法求解,压力耦合计算采用SIMPLEC.研究结果表明,计算与试验结果吻合较好.通过对抽水蓄能电站侧式短进出水口分流墩、顶板和边墙等流道结构的体型优化,解决了在出流时流态分布不均匀与水头损失系数偏大的难题。
A series of hydraulic model experiments and 3-D numerical simulation of water flow and head losses of lateral inlet/outlet under various conditions were carried out for the design of a pump-storage plant. The primary form was successfully optimized to make hydraulic parameters ideal. The mathematical calculation adopted RNG κ-ε turbulent model and multiply sub-districts method. The coupling numeration of velocity field and stress field was based on SIMPLEC. The calculation results accorded with the experimental data. By optimizing guide piers, top board and sidewall, the main problems of asymmetric water flow and great head losses in the lateral inlet/outlet of pump-storage plant were resolved.
