传统的高绩效工作系统研究大多针对制造业,如何利用高绩效工作系统来提升服务业的组织绩效成为战略人力资源管理的新领域。目前,我国学者在服务业高绩效工作系统领域的研究还相对较少。鉴于此,对服务业高绩效工作系统的内容结构、实施效果与作用机制等有关研究进行了系统梳理,并对未来研究进行展望,试图为服务业高绩效工作系统的相关研究提供借鉴。
The conventional research on the High Performance Work System (HPWS) mostly concentrates on the manufacturing industry. The research aiming at the improvement of organizational performance in service industry by the use of HPWS, which is scarcely conducted by domestic schol- ars, can be regarded as a new field of strategic human resource management. This paper summarizes systematically the research on the content structure, practical effect, mechanism and the prospect of HPWS in service industry and attempts to provide the reference to the study on this area.
