在人工气候箱中,以豫豆19为材料,通过盆栽试验,研究高温条件下不同干旱水平大豆光合特性的变化。结果表明,在高温干旱胁迫条件下,大豆幼苗的生长受到一定程度的抑制。高温干旱双重胁迫使大豆叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,而游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量显著增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量先下降后升高,胞间CO2含量先大幅度降低然后小幅回升。
The changes of photosynthetic characters of soybean seedlings under high temperature and different drought stress levels were investigated in artificial climatic chamber.The results showed that the net photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,and chlorophyll content of soybean seedlings all decreased to some extent,while the content of free proline significantly increased.The MAD content tended to decrease firstly and then increased.The intercellular CO2 concentration decreased drastically at first and then increased slightly.These results indicated that the growth of soybean seedlings were negatively influenced by high temperature and drought stress.
